All sections of Council contribute to the success of the Festival by either running events, or providing traffic control, customer service, accounting, IT support, waste management, rigging street decorations and education programs that highlight the services Council provides to the community. Staff support is invaluable to the success of the Festival. Thank you to all Council staff who contribute to the success of the Spring Festival – Community Services, Corporate Services, Environmental Services and Infrastructure Services.

The Willoughby Spring Festival provides seed funding for the community to run events during September. Funding applications open in March each year. For further information please contact the Events Unit on 9777 1000.
