To supplement the free clean-up services that Council provides residents four times each year, Willoughby Council are introducing a flexible pre-paid service that allows you to book an extra pick-up when it suits you.
For just $33 you can have 2 cubic metres (2m3) of rubbish, which is about one box trailer load, collected from your home.

Once you have booked the service, you can then place your rubbish on your nature strip the evening before the scheduled collection day. Please make sure you don't put out more than 2 cubic metres (2m3 ) of rubbish.
We will collect:
- old furniture
- kitchen appliances
- broken white goods
- mattresses
We will not collect:
- hazardous wastes including paints, solvents, chemicals, cleaners, unwanted medicines and gas cylinders
- building and demolition waste including tiles, fencing, timber, cement and plumbing fixtures
- car parts such as batteries, engine blocks, tyres and motor oil
