Although the Willoughby area is fortunate to have residents from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, it is sometimes difficult for these people to access the services they need. Willoughby City Council’s Multicultural Services aim to identify the needs and issues of ethnic communities within the area, and to assist in developing services that help meet those needs through social planning.

You are welcome to visit Willoughby Council and discuss your needs. A Council Officer will provide you with information on the services available that best suits your needs and advise on how to access them.

Language Assistance

If you need to speak to MOSAIC or Council in your home language about a Council service, or you need help, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450. You will need to ask an interpreter to contact Council on 9777 7992. This service is free of charge.
