Surviving the HSC

A program of seminars run by Willoughby City Library, designed to support HSC students and their families through the final two years of school. This program is run from February to June each year. HSC Seminars are held at Chatswood Library. Bookings essential, phone 9777 7900, email library@willoughby.nsw.gov.au

These websites are good sources of authoritive information on various topics found within the history syllabus.

  • Primary Documents from 1919 to Now - Primary source material relating to the United Kingdom from 1919 onward, including World War One and Two.
  • First World War - An overview of World War One.
  • World War Two - Documents, photographs, cartoons, art, and other World War Two propaganda.

HSC Advice Line 

No matter where you call from in the state the HSC advice line only costs 25c and is available throughout the HSC exam period. The advice line is staffed by experience teachers who can help with all kinds of questions on most subjects. Go to State Library of New South Wales for more info.
