This is a professional music rehearsal studio available for casual hire. The wall panels are adjustable for different musical effects. It is possible to hire some musical equipment along with the room. There is a small kitchen and bathroom. The maximum capacity is 160.
The building has 24 hour access, with flat paths to allow large equipment to be bought in.

Access and Parking
This venue can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are two flat paths leading to the studio from street level—ideal for bringing in large equipment. Metred parking is available on the street. Paid parking is also possible at the nearby Zenith Theatre subject to availablity.
