Home Library Service

If you have difficulty getting to the library due to illness or disability, or are physically unable to carry books home, the Home Library Service team can help, with Home Visits or Self Select/Home Delivery options. There are no reservation charges for people using these services.

If you are a resident within the Willoughby City Council area and you have a long-term illness or disability (three months or longer) then you are welcome to apply for this service. Library staff interview all applicants to see whether they are eligible and to determine which service would best suit them. A doctor’s certificate might be needed.
