Forms, Policies & Publications

Willoughby City Council publishes several different types of material. While informational brochures may be the first thing that comes to mind, you might not think of important documents such as reports, policies, development control plans, budgets and management plans. These are the kinds of documents you can find here. Some of these papers outline what residents can or can’t do while some govern Council.

There are also forms that help you do business with Council, whether it's applying for a pension or for a building application.

Willoughby Council is committed to transparency in its decision-making, which means being open about why and how it operates. These publications are helpful when trying to understand the way Council makes choices on the behalf of the public and the reasons governing these choices as they state Council’s position and normal cause of action in a situation.
