In order to provide effective and useful services, events and projects to the residents of Willoughby, Council openly recognises that community input is vital to identify the needs and wants of the area. Without getting the opinions of those who will be affected, Council programs will not be successful.
Council places a high importance on its partnership with the community, and invites comment on all its projects. There are times when there will be a special emphasis on gathering resident’s thoughts. You can give Council direction through commenting on public exhibitions, submitting an Online Customer Request, joining an advisory committee, making a complaint, or just calling the Help & Service Centre to speak to a member of staff.
