Sydney Green Apartments Forum

Apartment building operating costs are rising and now is the time to prepare.

In response to this emerging challenge the Owners Corporation Network of Australia, Green Strata Incorporated and Willoughby City Council formed a partnership to stage the inaugural Sydney Green Apartments Forum.

The inaugural forum was held on Saturday 23 July 2011 at the Zenith Theatre in Chatswood.

This landmark new event has been developed to assist Owners Corporations, Building Managers and Strata Managers by providing practical information to assist in reducing the ongoing running costs of apartment buildings, including:

• Managing your building’s water and energy efficiency;
• How to prepare for rising utility costs;
• Success stories from other Owners Corporations; and
• Strata Law considerations for sustainability.
