Important information about making submissions

The following statement is provided pursuant to Section 66 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979:

The standard instrumentLEP, State environmental planning instruments and Ministerial directions under section 117 of the Act substantially govern the content and operation of the draft Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2009 and any submissions should be made having regard to that fact.

When making a submission, you should also be aware of disclosure requirements for Political Donations and gifts.

What do we do with your submissions?

Once the exhibition is completed, all submissions will be acknowledged and considered in a report which will go to a Council Meeting, including any proposed changes.
