City of Willoughby Cultural Policy 2004 - 2008
Willoughby’s Cultural Policy doesn’t limit itself to the arts. It identifies the values and ways of life that are significant to the whole community and examines how every branch of Council can work towards fulfilling these needs.
The Cultural Policy was based on a series of public consultations and includes thirty-four strategies to achieve six main objectives. The Policy complements the Social Policy, Environmental Management Plan and the Willoughby City Strategy for 2020.
