Forms

Like any government organisation, Willoughby City Council has a number of forms in order to process information and applications more smoothly. The two biggest collection of forms are in the Building and Development Category and the Customer Service Category.

In Building and Development you can find documents including Development Application checklists, the Section 96 form, permits for using the footpath for things such as tables and advertising boards, and different building usages.

In Customer Service you can download forms to enquire about your rates, get a resident parking permit, pay rent by direct debit, change your garbage collection service and more.

Lists of Fees and Charges for 2006/2007 is available online. 

All these forms are available at our Help & Service Centre at 31 Victor Street in Chatswood between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays. Please call 9777 1000 for more information.
