Meets at 6pm on the third Monday of each month in the Banksia Room.

Purpose:

• To consider the recommendations of its Reporting Committees.
• To encourage, co-ordinate, promote and implement the City's community interests, activities and projects for the Library, the Arts and Cultural Development.
• To advise Council on the social and operational issues affecting the delivery of services to children, youth, aged, people with disabilities and the ethnic communities in the City.
• To consider all aspects of Council's use, control and management of parks, bushland and recreational facilities.
• To consider means for promoting, preserving and enhancing the environmental qualities and heritage of Willoughby.
• To consider all aspects of Council's environmental management responsibilities.
