How does it work?

  1. A unit is installed in your home which attaches to the telephone line.
  2. You wear a small lightweight pendent during the day and night. The pendants are water resistant and can be worn in the shower. They are able to activate the unit from both inside and outside the home.
  3. If you require assistance, press the button on the pendant. This will send a signal to the unit to phone one of operators who will be able to talk to you via the speaker on the unit. The operator will speedily organise assistance, from either Emergency Services or a family member, neighbour or friend who was nominated by you and has given their approval.
  4. The operator will remain on the line until assistance arrives.
