The Willoughby area is home to residents from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Willoughby City Council’s Multicultural Services keeps updated with the changing needs and issues relating to the CALD community; develops strategies and delivers a range of programs to improve the CALD Community well-being and promote inclusion.
You can visit or call Willoughby Council to talk to a council officer, who can provide information about the services that best suit your needs and advise you on how to access them.
If you need to speak to a Council staff in your home language, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and ask an interpreter to contact Council on 9777 7992. You do not need to pay for the interpreter service when contacting Council.
