The Community Information team at the library provide an information and referral service to make sure that individuals and groups have free access to current information about services, programs, activities and facilities within Willoughby are its surrounds.
The Information Database is run by Community Information, and provides accurate and up-to-date details on services and organisations in the area. It is accessible at the library and online.
Every month the What's On In Willoughby is published with details of Council-organised events. Copies are available at the Chatswood Library and at Council's Help & Service Centre and here;

There is also a display case and some noticeboards that these groups can use.
