2009 Meetings
Agendas and minutes for meetings from the beginning of 2009 can be found by clicking on the relevant links below. These documents are also available from Chatswood Library or Council's Help and Service Centre. Agendas are also made available at the meetings.
Agendas are available from 5pm on the Thursday before the the meeting. Minutes will be made available from 5pm on the Thursday after the meeting.

General Council Meetings
General Council Meetings are held twice a month in the Council Chambers at 7pm, and meet to discuss issues that affect the local community.

Corporate and Transport Committee
The Corporate and Transport Committee meets on the first Monday of each month in the Banksia Room at 6pm. The meeting covers financial and legal affairs of Council, structural and general policy issues and economic development of the city.

Cultural and Environmental Committee
The Cultural and Environmental Committee meets on the third Monday of each month in the Banksia Room at 6pm. The meeting covers services for residents, management of parks, bushland and recreational facilities, heritage, the library, and arts and cultural development.

Civic Place Steering Committee
The Civic Place Steering Committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month in the Banksia Room at 6pm.
