The Delivery Program is a practical statement of how Council aims to achieve the community outcomes, as specified in The Willoughby City Strategy. This is done through implementing relevant actions, ensuring adequate resources, monitoring our progress, advocating on behalf of community, building partnerships and ensuring accountability in everything that we do. It specifically relates to the period 2010 to 2014 however it will need to be reviewed in 2012 to coincide with the local government elections. Following this the Delivery Program will be completely reviewed every 4 years in line with Council terms of office.
Like the Willoughby City Strategy, the Delivery Program (2010 to 2014) is divided into 6 Key Strategic Directions;
Operational Plan & Budget
The Operational Plan and Budget is a sub-plan of our Delivery Program (2010 to 2014). The 2011-2012 Operational Plan and Budget was adopted by Council on June 14, 2011.
