This plan sets out the action that Willoughby City Council intends on taking over the next five years. It specifies how Council will provide services and amenities for the benefit of Willoughby residents, and how Council intends on reaching its vision for the City.
Broad expenditure and income figures are provided to give an idea of how much each Council function costs the community.
The plan was approved by Council on 12 June 2007.
